UX Designer, Digital Strategist & Entrepreneurial Leader. I bridge technology, community organizing, and creative marketing to build platforms that actually matter.
I'm a data-driven strategist, community organizer, and entrepreneur who uses UX design and digital marketing to build inclusive, thriving platforms. My work spans technology, events, and community building — all rooted in Richmond, Virginia.
My career has taken me from Universal Music Group to feminist crowdfunding at Catapult.org, from building a Webby Award-winning campaign to founding one of Richmond's most beloved pop-up markets from the ground up.
Known to my team as the "chaos coordinator," I expertly manage complex logistics, digital transformations, and high-profile community events — often all at once.
Founded a recurring pop-up market providing local artists a supportive, non-competitive environment to sell handmade goods. Rapidly scaled to host thousands of attendees. Pivoted overnight to a virtual format during COVID-19 to protect vendor revenue. Expanded to launch four distinct market series: RVA Makers Market, Basic City Markets (Waynesboro), Market Days at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, and RVA Growers Market.
Co-founded a producer-only farmers market in Manchester bringing food justice initiatives, free community space for nonprofits, and donation-based programming to an underserved neighborhood.
Co-developing a new community-centered retail and gathering space in Highland Park, curating local art and artisan goods alongside a business partner.
Custom strategies, workflow automation, dashboard builds, and campaign management (grassroots to major media buys) for small businesses, musicians, nonprofits, and start-ups.
Executed a provocative campaign highlighting underserved issues facing women globally. Result: 100% funding of all associated grant projects.
Led end-to-end UX: research, wireframing, visual design, usability testing, and Shopify build with custom CSS/HTML modifications.
Designed a comprehensive site for international wellness retreats on Squarespace with custom CSS and integrated booking management.
Developed a fully responsive website for a local beekeeper using vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Served as Community Director for an innovative fan interaction project — digital marketing, event organizing, and building a loyal engaged fanbase.
